1. Custom Rx Lens & Frame — We can customize for you the whole range sphere, cylinder, axis, addition (ADD) and prism. Also, parameters such as individual PD, the wrap angle of a frame, pupil height, pantoscopic angle and vertex distance are considered. Aojie Optical will optimize the calculations for each order individually based on those parameters.
2. Different Materials and Index of Refraction choices – The base material for the lens may vary, examples include polycarbonate and nylon. Three choices of the refractive index available - 1.56, 1.60 and 1.67.
3. The Possibility to Combine Different Functions – The Anti-Reflective (AR) feature is an option, which reduces the reflection of light on the back surface of the lens. Additional lens features such as blue-light filtering, and anti-fog, to name a few, will help you in your life. Besides that, you can also choose mirror/reflective coatings, antibacterial, and hard (6-8H) coatings - all depending on the customer's need.
4. Tinting & Polarization Customization — Besides solid tints, gradient tints of different shades can be chosen. Photochromic tint speed and tint depth can also be set as desired. In its polarized version, it can reduce glare up to 90%..
5.Brand & Packaging Customization –The brand logos can be engraved onto the surface of the lens via laser. Other packaging items such as lens pouches and lens cases can also be printed with the customer brand identity.

FAQ
What is TAC material and what are its optical advantages?
TAC (cellulose triacetate) material is of thermoplastic and high performance optical plastic material. Its most remarkable properties, for optical uses, include excellent optical uniformity (refractive index 1.48) and low birefringence, making possible efficient imaging without distortion.
